Best Baby Shower Favors provides online ordering only.

Most of Best Baby Shower Favors’ products do not require a minimum order amount. Please refer to our product information pages for any exceptions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for purchases. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card.

Sorry, no cash or money orders are accepted at this time.

Sales Tax will be applied for all orders shipped within the state of North Carolina at the current sales tax rate.

After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Additionally, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number.

When ordering, please take in processing time --plus-- shipping time.

Step one: Processing time
Non-personalized orders take 1-3 business days (excluding holidays)
Personalized orders take 4-5 business days (excluding holidays)
Personalized glassware takes 2-3 weeks to process (excluding holidays)

Step two: Shipping time
3-5 business days (excluding holidays)

The term "business day" means Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday ONLY. This excludes Saturday and Sunday.

**Please note that during the weeks of December 19, 2011-January 13, 2012, processing, personalization and shipping times will increase beyond Best Baby Shower Favor's normal times. Please keep this in mind when placing your order and allow for enough time for your order to process, personalize, and ship.**

We do not have a physical retail store at this time. Best Baby Shower Favors offers only online retail.

All personalization orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double-check order when purchasing personalized items. We are not responsible for orders entered incorrectly by the customer. Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Please refer to Best Baby Shower Favors’ policy on damaged orders.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact Best Baby Shower Favors within 2 days of receipt of delivery by visiting our Contact Page. Best Baby Shower Favors will be happy to exchange the item or refund the purchase price (excluding personalized items, edible items, and item numbers that begin with "CC") as long as the item is in it's original condition and packaging.

Please note that Best Baby Shower Favors is not responsible for any costs of return shipment. We also are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, so please choose a shipper that provides a tracking number for your tracking purposes. Any items that are returned without the approval of Best Baby Shower Favors will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Orders that received free shipping will be credited the total amount minus our costs incurred to ship the order originally.

International Orders
Due to shipping costs and other circumstances, all sales are final on international orders.

International Orders
Due to shipping costs and other circumstances, all sales are final on international orders.

If you receive a damaged item from Best Baby Shower Favors, please do not hesitate to visit our Contact Page with your original invoice number within 2 days of receipt of your order. Our policy is to address each case individually and determine how/if we will send out a replacement at no charge. We will only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order.

Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Best Baby Shower Favors will not be held responsible for products entered incorrectly by the customer.

Although we cannot guarantee to get this corrected in time, we will try our best to have the carrier intercept the package. If they are able to do so, the shipping information can be changed to the correct information. There is a charge for the carrier to intercept a package, and this charge will be passed on to the customer, unless the error was made by Best Baby Shower Favors.

Due to each country's laws and taxes being different, the destination country's Duties and Taxes are not charged by Best Baby Shower Favors and will be due at time of delivery.

For items that can melt, including candles and edibles items, please use your best judgment when choosing your shipping options. Best Baby Shower Favors, during the hotter months of April-September, recommends expedited shipping to circumvent the risk of melting.
