What if I receive a damaged item in my order from Best Baby Shower Favors?
If you receive a damaged item from Best Baby Shower Favors, please do not hesitate to visit our Contact Page with your original invoice number within 2 days of receipt of your order. Our policy is to address each case individually and determine how/if we will send out a replacement at no charge. We will only replace damaged items with the exact same product style number from the original order.
Personalized products can not be replaced unless the item has been misprinted with an error from our side or has been damaged in shipping. Best Baby Shower Favors will not be held responsible for products entered incorrectly by the customer.
